Meet Our Comfort Keepers®
Our team is uniquely qualified and ready to help
Every member of our team is professional and well trained. We conduct a thorough screening and interviewing process to identify the best home care providers, and only those who pass this process go on to complete training to deliver our special brand of home care and become Comfort Keepers®. What truly sets our people apart, though, is their natural gift for caring for others.
All Comfort Keepers pass extensive background checks and complete continuing education. They are bonded, insured and covered by workers' compensation insurance to protect our clients and their families.
Director of Financial Development
As far back as she can remember, Roxanne Bauer has been committed to helping others, especially seniors and other adults. She has served as the Executive Director for several multi-purpose senior agencies and has been involved in the development and administration of three county wide public transportation programs.
For her service to the senior population in the area, Roxanne also received the United Way achievement award, and in 2008, Roxanne was nominated by the Illinois Department on Aging and received the Illinois Governor’s Award for Unique Accomplishments and Excellence in Service and has the honor of being one of the few leaders welcomed into the Senior Hall of Fame. Roxanne cares deeply for the seniors in her community and is excited to help enrich their lives through in-home care.
Director of Client Care
Deb Wehmhoefer has always been involved in the lives of seniors. Prior to opening the doors of Comfort Keepers in Davenport as VP of Marketing, she spent much of her career in the senior care industry, from roles in health care management, as marketing director for various health care facilities, and in hospice and home care.
In addition to her extensive and multi-faceted experience in senior care, Deb is also an active and proud member of her community. For years she has devoted her time and energy to bettering the lives of those around her, through fundraising, charity events, and awareness walks.
With Comfort Keepers, Deb plans on strengthening her community even more by promoting the healthy, independent lifestyle that seniors deserve.
